Lifetime Membership
For players who wish to support the NCC, have unique benefits, and fix their membership cost.
Membership in the USCA. Unlimited play at all times (see note 2). Five free one-hour lessons with Archie Peck. Free Saturday morning group lessons. Free locker with nameplate. Guaranteed, single-banked court with 24 hours notice (see note 2). A 10% discount on “a la carte” food and beverage in the Croquet Grill. A 10% discount in the Pro Shop. A house charge account for food, beverage and Pro Shop purchases. Participation in all Social events including Twilight Croquet (Thursdays).
Benefactor Membership
For players who wish to be significant supporters of the NCC, and receive unique benefits. Same benefits as Lifetime Members for one year.
Full Membership
For players who use the NCC as their primary club, or who wish to support the NCC at the Full Membership level. Unlimited play at all times (see note 2). Membership in the USCA. A 10% discount on “a la carte” food and beverage in the Croquet Grill. A House charge account for food, beverage and pro shop purchases. Participation in all Member social events including Twilight Croquet (Thursdays).
Associate Membership
For players who are already members of another active croquet club in Florida with a regularly functioning court, who pay separate croquet dues. Same benefits as Full Membership, except without paid USCA membership.
Social Membership - Half Court
For limited play and social camaraderie. Same as Full Membership except without paid USCA membership, and croquet access is limited to play on Tuesdays from 1-3 PM, Thursdays from 2:00 PM during Twilight Croquet, and Saturday for Member Croquet Clinics only. Social activities and special programs year-round.
Young Adult Membership
For players 29 and under - Same benefits as Full Membership, without paid USCA membership.
National Patron Membership
For players who do not own or rent within 75 miles of the NCC, who wish to support the National Croquet Center or have limited need for utilization of the facility. Same benefits as Full Membership, without USCA membership fee, except unrestricted play up to maximum 10 times per year.
Three-Month Introductory Full Membership
(100% applicable to Full or Social Membership at the end of the three-month trial) For New Members only. Same as Full Membership. Valid for one enrollment only. May be used over any consecutive, three-month period starting on the date of enrollment. Includes special organized games, tournaments, and programs for beginners, plus free group lessons on Saturday.
Notes
1. Tax is payable on all prices listed above. Payment plans to fit your financial needs are available. See the Membership Director. All Membership applications and renewals are subject to approval and acceptance by the Membership Committee.
2. Playing times for all membership categories are subject to the scheduling of Special Events, court maintenance, and summer closing schedules.
3. The Daily Rate for play by non-members and guests not otherwise allowed is $25 plus tax.
4. All members are encouraged to bring up to four guests/year, without charge, especially to Twilight Croquet on Thursday nights, or other social events that are free to members, provided they or their guests fill out the guest contact information sheet. Any guest who is a prospective member may play croquet at the NCC up to 4 times without charge if accompanied by a Member. This is for membership development purposes only, and applies to non-handicap-rated players or players new to the area, to introduce them to the sport/NCC.
Memberships are effective for 1 year from the first of the month following joining, and are renewable on the anniversary date. Acceptance of a membership application is subject to the approval of the National Croquet Center Management and a probationary period.
